    3. Find where you’ll be getting power from or if applicable where the distro will be set up.
  5. Equipment Placement
    1. Starting from stage right (standing on stage overlooking the crowd)
    2. Evenly distribute the lasers from right to left while keeping symmetry from the middle of the stage (stage left should match stage right)
  6. Cable Runs (best when done after laser placement) All cable runs should follow the cable path that has already been laid by the other companies. If there isn’t already a cable path make sure the cables are as hidden as possible and no one can trip on them, use gaff tape and e tape where needed. When done running cable be sure to do a quick walk through to ensure no cable looms or equipment is left on stage or in the venue. All equipment not being used please put back in the correct case for load out.
    1. Non-Rack Set Up
      1. Starting from the location where Power is set up, run a cable loom to Laser 1 on stage right.
      2. Starting from laser 1 otherwise the stage right laser daisy chain another cable loom to connect laser 2.
      3. Repeat the previous step for other lasers in the chain.
    2. Rack Set Up
      1. Starting from the location where Laser Rack is set up, run a cable loom to Laser 1 on stage right.
      2. Starting from laser 1 otherwise the stage right laser daisy chain another cable loom to connect laser 2.
      3. Repeat the previous step for other lasers in the chain.
      4. Repeat again for the next Laser Chain.
  7. FOH Cable Run and Set Up
    1. Be sure to check the ends of the cord to ensure the right end is going in the right direction.
    2. Make sure front of house cable loom is either in a cable ramp or out of the way of the crowd.
    3. Get an approval from the stage manager or someone at FOH on where you can set up your laptop, make sure your workspace is organized, tidy and the e-stop is reachable.
  8. Foggers & Fans
    1. Do not point the fogger directly into any piece of equipment (including fan).
