Some hobbies come and go. Gary Bourassa however, found one that turned into a long-lasting career!
Based in DeLand, Florida, this week’s Tech Star Tuesday has spent more than three decades around lasers. Along the way, a personal interest grew into professional work, businesses, and countless events.
So, where did it all begin?

Building Something of His Own
With so many years in the industry, Gary has plenty of experiences to look back on. However, when asked about his proudest accomplishments, his answer went beyond any single show.

Both represent a different side of his journey. Instead of focusing only on what happens during an event

Furthermore, Gary knows exactly where his attention needs to be for a successful outcome,

From Remembrance to Lost Lands
Recently, Gary has been part of two projects that sent powerful beams high above the crowd.
“9/11 twin sky lasers, twin Lost Lands sky lasers ”
One was a September 11 remembrance, where twin beams became part of a meaningful tribute. Soon after, he headed to Ohio for Lost Lands, where another pair of sky lasers rose above the massive music festival.
Two completely different settings. Two very different reasons aiming high.
As For Gary, they became the latest additions to a career that continues to offer something new!
