To wrap up 2025 in style, Pied Piper Productions hosted a vibrant New Year’s Eve celebration at Armature Works in Tampa, Florida. With standout performances by DJ Sofi Tucker and Austin Millz, the night brought together great music, a high-energy crowd, and stunning visual production to create an unforgettable send-off.
As part of the experience, we were excited to provide the full laser package for the event — bringing precision visuals and atmosphere to match the mood of the night.
Laser Setup Designed for Impact
For this show, we deployed a laser system built specifically for clarity, coverage, and punch. The setup included:
- 6 × 24‑watt Kvant Clubmax lasers
- 2 × 20‑watt Spectrum lasers
Together, these units delivered bright, clean beams that cut through the venue’s open space. The Clubmax units provided wide beam fans and structure, while the Spectrums offered added texture and fill during key moments.
Justin Weiss handled laser programming and operation throughout the night. Thanks to his attention to timing and balance, the effects stayed tight and synced with the rhythm of each set.
From Opening Grooves to Midnight Energy
Early in the night, Sofi Tucker set the tone with smooth, rhythmic tracks that eased the crowd into the evening. As the venue filled and the energy built, the lasers helped enhance transitions and supported the evolving pace of the show.
Later on, Austin Millz took the stage and lifted the crowd with sharp percussion and high-intensity moments. During his set, lasers shifted to more active movements — sweeping across the room, pulsing with the beat, and bringing a dynamic layer to the performance.
