Corporate events don’t have to feel ordinary. On September 1, 2026, an Amazon AWS corporate event at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, Washington, gave familiar branding a creative new look. Instead of simply displaying a logo on a screen, animated laser graphics turned it into part of the experience.
Along the way, colorful art illustrations added even more personality to the presentation.
When a Logo Becomes Part of the Show
Most people know the AWS logo when they see it. However, seeing it created with laser light offered something completely different.
The custom animation added movement and dimension to the familiar design. Then, artistic illustrations helped expand the presentation beyond traditional corporate branding.
For guests, it was a fun visual surprise in an unexpected setting.
Drawing with Laser Light
The production used four 6-watt lasers to display the graphics.
Rather than filling the space with beams, the focus was on detailed imagery. Shapes, lines, and animation worked together to create a polished look that fit the event.
It was a great example of how lasers can do much more than add effects to a concert or festival.
Trevor Greenwood Behind the Visuals
Laser Technician Trevor Greenwood, representing Special FX Rentals, was in charge of bringing the laser presentation to life.
Corporate graphics require a different creative approach. Details matter, especially when working with recognizable branding and illustrated artwork. Trevor helped turn those designs into a visual feature guests could enjoy right there in the room.
A Creative Spin on a Corporate Event
Sometimes, changing how something familiar is presented is enough to grab attention.
Amazon AWS branding became animated artwork. Illustrations added another creative element. And lasers provided the canvas.
For one evening in Bellevue, a corporate logo became much more than something guests simply looked at—it became part of the show.
