This week, we’re featuring Anthony Servati — Shop Manager, Shipping and Receiving, and Logistics lead based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. With a military background and two years in the laser industry, Anthony brings structure, discipline, and follow-through to every production that leaves the shop.
When asked how long he’s been in the industry and what drew him in, Anthony explains, “2 years and I think lasers are the wow factor at any show and Brooks wanted to give me an opportunity.”
That belief in the impact of lasers — combined with the opportunity to step up — quickly turned into a key operational role.
One of his biggest highlights so far? “Having a Shop to Run.”
Running the shop isn’t just about inventory. It’s about ownership. It’s about setting the tone for quality. Every cable, every case, every system that leaves the building carries his standard with it.
When it comes to responsibility, Anthony keeps it straightforward: “Making sure all gear gets to the show promptly and the equipment is 100% to satisfactory.”
Shows move fast. Timelines are tight. There is no margin for missing parts or last-minute surprises. Because of that, preparation is everything. His work ensures technicians on site can focus on execution, knowing the gear behind them is ready.
For those entering the industry, his advice reflects his mindset: “Never be scared to learn something new. Treat the equipment as if it was your own.”
Growth requires humility. Excellence requires care.
And while some might measure their career by the stages they stand on, Anthony sums up his most recent event this way: “I am a part of every show. Behind the curtains.”
It’s a simple statement. But it says a lot. Behind every successful production is someone making sure the foundation is solid. In this case, that someone is Anthony.
