From January 10–14, 2026, the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya will once again host Closer to the Sun—a beachfront concert vacation curated by Slightly Stoopid.
Set against the Caribbean Sea, the event brings together live music, beachside vibes, and immersive production, featuring a few well-known bands, such as: Damian Jr Gong & Stephen Marley, Pepper, The Movement, Rebelution, and many more!
We’re excited to be part of this year’s setup, supporting the visual landscape with a laser system built to match the tone of the festival.
To enhance the stages and scenic spaces, we’ll be providing:
- 10 Kvant 40-watt ClubMax projectors
- 2 Kvant 3-watt ClubMax projectors
This lineup gives us both the reach and control needed to cover large performance areas while adding layered detail across the venue.
Whether it’s a sunset set or a late-night groove, the lasers will help translate sound into movement and space.
Closer to the Sun offers a unique experience—where laid-back luxury meets live performance.
The open-air stages, poolside listening, and ocean breeze create an atmosphere unlike any other.
